
Lisa Pan
Founder and President
Lisa is a senior at The Bishop’s School, who started Tutors4Stars-ACT as a freshman. Her older brother, Lawrence, is autistic. She has enjoyed taking a creative direction and exploring new avenues to support the neurodiverse community and leading others to do so as well. Outside of school, Lisa is a SAG-AFTRA actress, singer, model, and VoiceOver artist, who travels to Hollywood frequently. She also enjoys writing novels and reading them to her brother while tucking him in for bed. As an avid neurodiversity advocate, she welcomes anyone with questions to reach out to her! She is always happy to answer with a smile.

Will Cheng
Vice President
Will is a senior at Del Norte High School. His older brother, Victor, is autistic. Will has been collaborated with Lisa at Tutors4Start-ACT camps, and community outreach. As an active volunteer for Autism Society of San Diego, Will has provided support to Autism Innovation Lab project and various events such as” “Lights Camera Autism”, “Stand for Autism”. He enjoys learning with Victor to use Spelling Board/Keyboard to communicate thought Spelling. Will is also a CyberPatriot National Champion and winning numerous cybersecurity competitions/awards.
Tutors4Stars-ACT is also a service club at The Bishop’s School, where the majority of volunteers are from.
